AUGUST 11, 2014; LAGOS, NIGERIA – The nominations process has now commenced on the third annual instalment of the REAL ESTATE UNITE AWARDS ceremonies. At the upcoming Summit to be held October 2^nd – 3^rd 2014, at the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel in Lagos, 12 leaders in the sectors will be presented with awards in the categories identified for their contributions to the real estate industry.  The awards are presented by 3INVEST LTD, the continent’s largest online platform and information platform for the real estate sector.

Nominees are welcome via an online platform and the selection process will be undertaken by the highly respected MCO Real Estate and Voting process by the prestigious Real Estate Unite Board

The Awards recognise excellence in the following categories:

• Leading Property Finance Company
• Construction Company of the Year
• Developer of the Year
• Design Company of the Year
• Housing Development of the Year
• Best Real Estate Support Service
• Future Project Awards
• Real Estate Person of the Year
• Outstanding Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project
• 2014 State of Honour

Past winners include UPDC, Palms Shopping Mall, Lakowe Lakes, Skye Bank, Eko Atlantic and Mr. Hakeem Ogunniran as Real Estate Person of the Year. The race is now on for who will occupy center stage at this year’s awards ceremony.
