OVERVIEW

As the global economic tectonic plate is shifting, Nigeria Real Estate Industry braces up to lead the global market; 3INVEST has positioned its brand to help globalize the real estate digital space in Nigeria, resolving perception and transparency issues interdicting the nation from leading Africa’s Economy.

In the quest to accelerate the imminent growth, The Nigerian Government has established a Nigeria Housing Programme called Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company (NMRC) which seeks to address the key barrier to developing accessible and affordable housing in Nigeria. NMRC is a vehicle set up to bridge the funding gap of residential mortgages and promote the availability and affordability of good housing to employed Nigerians by providing mortgage-lending banks with increased access to liquidity and longer terms funds.

The Property Buyers Forum (PBF) provides a platform to educate homebuyers, Mortgage seekers, investors and the youths on the best way to kick-start their property ownership dreams and also provide an opportunity for real estate developers to meet profiled home buyers and close transactions HAPPILY.

The inaugural edition of the Property Buyers’ Forum was adjudged a success in all quarters as it served as a platform for developers such as UPDC PLC, Haven Homes, Admiralty Homes, Sage Homes, Prime Water View, Kalyteros etc. to meet with potential property buyers thereby catalysing increasing business transactions through the exchange of knowledge and information between Real Estate buyers and sellers.

PBF 2014 will host a Mortgage Clinic, Real Estate Job Clinic and Real Estate Wealth Creation Strategy Session.
