Real Investment Banking Division provides a broad-based global service with expertise in advisory, research and portfolio management.
Real Estate Investment Banking Associates help to assist our clients in achieving their strategic and financial objectives. Our Associates play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.
As an Investment Banking Associate within the Real Estate group, you will work with a team to:
• Guide clients, including companies, institutions, governments and private individuals, to achieve their strategic and financial objectives
• Maintain client communication
• Conduct valuation analyses, including through the creation of financial models
• Create and prepare client presentations
• Coordinate and drive transaction processes
• Assist in structuring transactions
• Participate in and conduct due diligence sessions – a necessary component of financial transactions
Basic Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
• Ideal candidate will possess a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and have an excellent academic and professional record. An MBA qualification may be viewed favourably
• Minimum 3 years prior and relevant experience;
• Previous experience within the real estate sector, preferably within real estate investment banking, corporate finance, real estate lending, or as part of a principal investment team
• Robust financial and analytical skill set
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, and experience in applying real estate specific valuation methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of intellectual curiosity
• Solid work ethic and motivation level
• Strong leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Fluency in English + fluency in one other Language from the list below would be an advantage: All CV should be sent to
