In allegiance to the continual growth of the real estate industry, last week witnessed the curator of “Real Estate Unite” – 3invest, appoint new Board members to join its team of experts. The unite Board is an independent body formed as corporate governance to monitor the affairs of the event and seat as panel of judges at the awards. Regarded as top players in the real estate sector, these men and women are as follows;
Adekunle Omotola, Managing Partner at ADEKUNLE OMOTOLA & CO, a law firm specialising on Property Law with particular emphasis on Title/Ownership of Property.
Erejuwa Gbadebo, Former CEO of Broll Nigeria with 27 years post qualification experience as a Registered and Chartered Architect with experience both in Nigeria and the UK.
Yemi Anyanechi, Former Partner at Templars and now Managing Partner of Sefton Fross. Ranked as one of the leading finance lawyers in Nigeria by Chambers & Partners, Yemi is also recognized as a leading corporate and finance lawyer in Legal 500, as well as the IFLR1000 guide.
On the news of his appointment, Mr Omotola was pleased with this new development. In his words, Mr Omotola had this to say; “I accept my appointment to serve as a member of your advisory board and awards committee.
