ARRIVAL: Registration was slow but the staff were very cordial and helpful. CONFERENCE CONTENTS: Stimulating speakers, Cool atmosphere, Adequate TIME SCHEDULE: Timing of events was fair enough. MEALS: Sumptuous meals. 3INVEST STAFF: Friendly Staff. EXHIBITION: Exhibition booth set up isn’t nicely placed. It is not nice to be placed facing the wall. It would have been better to have the rows facing one another in side rows. Table cloths were not provided for each table until Day (2) Two.
-Warri Industrial Business Park
First time participant to this program (Conference) and I’m very impressed with the quality of the conference content.
However, I’m not impressed about the turn-out of guests as well as exhibitors especially despite the awareness created for it. For a conference designed to bring together industry players and promote the relevance of real estate to economic development the turn-out isn’t good enough.
It could be because it’s just the second edition but I also observed that it creates an impression that it is packaged for high end players and very high niche real estate players.
The industry is very large and has got so many important or relevant stakeholders with enormous experience that could be useful to helping 3Invest achieve their long term vision.
There are many developers, construction companies, real estate professionals who can help make the difference the industry needs. So 3Invest should do more research and reach out to more professionals that can inspire the interests of more stakeholders.
Generally the conference is an eye opener and I’m glad I attended.
Thank You.

Fantastic Programme packaging, Quite educative, informative in terms of content and structure. Time management is good. The two-day seminar/conference and exhibition are very revealing. I indeed look forward to a more compact and articulate session in the near future. Well done.
-Ehondor Erhabor
The Conference was very well organized and content filled, the themes are most relevant and the timing is excellent. Well done 3Invest!
-Temitayo Abolade | AMCON
The Conference is a good initiative and it will achieve better results if it is better publicized and open to more participants. Also, government representative are needed to dialogue with participants to create policies that can lead to positive development.
-Tobi Adama | MD/CEO Alphacrux Limited
Great Panel & Speakers. Very Impressive conference/exhibition. Very well organized and planned. Need more exhibitors, suggest for next conference have an incentive to attract more exhibitors.
-Weyinmi Edodo | IPDC
The event in my opinion is a success. It is an eye opener. You have imparted a lot of knowledge through this event. I’m sure a lot of people have been enlightened. It was awesome!!!
-Tomi Agbedahunsi | Adekunle Omotola & Co
Getting better each year. Really educative and interactive. There’s a need for better co-ordination. The food was not good. It was cold.
-Lilian Ugo-Eleghasim | Fieldco Ltd
Real Estate Unite is a good stand for Nigerian/Lagos Property. Programme could have more content. Retail panel was most interesting. More projects could be discussed/presented. List of all registered delegates and companies represented would be helpful. Panel discussions interesting
-Roy Hamlyn | RMB Westport
Great outing, Please keep it up. Let’s get members of the industry as pressure group to positively impact on policy reform so as to boost the real estate practice and the economy in general.
-Stella Adegboyega
Well, I find the workshop and exhibition very interesting and wonderful the only area you people should improve on is publicity there is the need for more participation, more people should attend. Thanks.
-Tony Omoye
Very well organized event. However, moderators should keep conversations most professional and focused on topic
-Nedum Aforonwa | Mediacraft Associates Ltd
Very good event, well elaborated papers presentations. The venue is also good. I give you kudos for the summit
-Nwagwu Goodhope | Opium International USA & Nigeria
The event went well turn-out was not bad. Well organized
-Cameron-Cole Andrea | Lakowe Lakes Golf And Country Estate
The Program was okay but the awareness was not satisfying
-Gbadamosi. K Adeyinka | Svengali Poliform
It was a nice Event. A good turn-over, but it could be better. Insufficient meals for the Exhibitors.
-Fine and Country International Realty
Poor turn-out
Well Organised
-Faith Uzoma | Rifeng Pipes
The ambiance, planning and reception was good
The panel should be more robust, have representatives from other fields involved.
The female 3Invest members of staff were not as courteous as the males.
An okay event, although low turn-out.
Would advise the moderator role to be handled by a real estate expert in the future.
-Nike Adeosun
It is okay, but you need to work on public enlightenment for broader participation and also involve the relevant government agencies in your next summit.
-Adebo Gboyega
Great event and very educative for young intending investor like me.
More of it I would advice through the future
-Ebima Akeke | C.W.G Kids Invent Nig

-Godwin Ededuan
It’s a lovely program, we need more of this seminar and please we need more information on real estate and more.
Thanks. God Bless
-Awolesi Olumuyiwa
Real Estate Unite has contributed its quota into bringing to the form the much-needed awareness into creating the environment for the mass-housing development that the country so greatly has need of.
I commend Obih for her effort.
I am however surprised that I did not see any speaker/panelist from the federal government section since it’s the government section that actually formulates the policies and, let’s face it, has the financial muscle.
I hope there is a way of communicating salient points coming out of this 2-day conference/exhibition to government people.
Thanks.
-Abiodun Oladunyiye
The Real Estate exhibition is a good one coming at this point in time.
However, like I tweeted yesterday, I think the awareness to the general public is low.
I really expected to see more people in attendance.
I think the exhibition only focused on the high end real estate practitioners.
I hope when you plan to organize another exhibition, you bring down to the grass root, those people that actually need the housing solution to their needs.
In conclusion, I really enjoyed myself. I like the environment, I networked with other real estate practitioners and I’m thinking of real estate in a more profitable and enviable business.
Thank You.
-Yinka Gbeminiyi
This is great, 3Invest has done great, and they have improved than last year. You have brought real estate in Nigeria together especially the ones in Lagos. The hall is unique, the speakers have done noble, is an eye opener. We thank God for everything
Thanks.
-Mrs. Christy Onwuegbusi
The conference was nice and interesting it shows some good vision and determination,
Hard-work and motivation.
It was also a good Intellectual exercise.
-Chibueze Ohaegbulem | The Church Of Jesus, Christ Of Latter Day Saints
Real Estate Unite has invested some information in me.
As a Real Estate person, I was able to gather streams of ideas that will help me in contributing to my company.
Thank you for this opportunity
-Olasumbo Oguntoye
Everything looked well to me but just thought your people talked too long & I hope they too, took something from the whole event.
It was indeed wonderful, eye opening and soon I will be where I would love to be with respect to this industry.
Thank you very much.
-Victor etuk
The 2nd Real Estate Unite was focused and had great speakers.
To increase participation next time if it is to ask the young undergrads in Unilag and Yabatech to attend.
This will help in:
- Expanding their horizon
- Help breed the next generation of real estate players
-Nneka Olhelheam
It’s a program, especially enlightening the people on Real estate issues, down to personal lifestyle.
- Good Atmosphere
- Good co-ordination
- Properly facilitated by Ruth Obih
- Good platform for networking
Suggestion: will like to suggest a creation of social media platform that can actually be a platform that will help to advocate proper housing/learning/sales/construction structure, to stop the omo onile issues, landlord increase in cost also.
Rate: 95/100
-Jide Meadows
3Invest, you are wonderful. Carry on Ruth.
I am proud of you. Thank you and God bless
You are really good
